Millicent Spencer is a director of both film and televsion as well as music videos. She had the pleasure of directing all of Aaliyah's early videos including "Age Ain't Nothing But A Number," "At Your Best (You Are Love)," and "Back & Forth."

When asked how it was working with baby girl, she said, “Aaliyah was nice to everybody on set. It didn’t matter if you were the director or the prop guy or one of the extras.”

 “She had a natural performance ability, that as soon as you turned on the camera, she was relaxed.”
