The ‘Sistas’ Season Finale Ends on a Shocker For Andi
The season finale of “Tyler Perry’s Sistas” was a doozy. Let’s jump into where we left off last week, with Rich storming into Sabrina’s IVF session. Domani is there, too, and Rich pulls his card. He tells Domani that he isn’t about to slide in and take his woman and that he no longer wants Sabrina to go through with it because he wants to be the father of her children.
Now, this doesn’t easily go up in hearts, sparkles, and roses because Sabrina has some sense. She’s not fully convinced that Rich is ready, so that will take some time. In the meantime, the doctor says they can end the session and preserve Domani’s sperm for when real decisions get made.
Sabrina and Rich have a lot to discuss. Later on, they talk, and Rich successfully convinces Sabrina that he is for real ready to be with her in the long run and father her children.
Marie storms into Hayden and Andi’s law firm and demands answers about where they are in the case. Andi comes through with everything needed, especially infidelity info, to secure Marie’s money in the divorce settlement. It’s so good that Marie won’t have to pay alimony. Marie is over the moon and especially very happy with Andi. Eventually, the latter two have a moment alone, and Marie can tell something is up with Andi. Andi eventually reveals what’s going on with Gary, and Marie says she will see what she can do. Since Andi helped her keep her fortune, she got her back, too, no questions asked. And she is a billionaire, so she can make things happen.
But, um, why didn’t Andi go to the FBI again? Anyway, in better news for her, she ends up landing the coveted partner role at the firm. That’s a major win for her.
Marie then gets a moment alone with Hayden, and he’s pissed. He thought doing sexual favors for Marie was going to get him the partner position, but nope. He threatens to spill the tea about their affair to the blogs, but Marie says she can get down and dirty with that game. She’ll spill her own tea before he does, and she’ll dish some dirt about him too if he wants to go there. Checkmate!
Hayden goes home and takes his anger out on Tamara. They get into it, and he snatches her phone and discovers, via video, that she has been sleeping with Gary. That obviously doesn’t go well with Hayden the hypocrite, so he kicks Tamara out and then prepares to visit Gary.
Next, Dani discovers that Tony’s ex-wife got stationed in Italy, and their kids want to move with her. Dani is overjoyed. Tony also apologizes to her for making her feel insecure, and it looks like they’re back on track.
Finally, we get to Andi’s big day. Yes, the wedding day. At first, it seems like no one will show up, but Karen, Dani, and Sabrina discuss the weirdness of it all and how it would only make sense that Gary is forcing her into the marriage. They try to figure out what they should do, and Dani suggests maybe killing him. That idea gets shut down, especially because Sabrina ain’t trying to go back to jail after what she’s been through, but they decide to crash the wedding. However, first they call Fatima to see what she knows. Obviously, they learn that Fatima had the tea all along about why Fatima is marrying Gary.
Fatima is sworn to secrecy but reveals what she knows to save her girl. At the wedding, it’s chaos. Andi tries to talk Gary out of it. That doesn’t go well. Then, Sabrina, Dani, and Karen find Andi alone. They try to get her to stop doing it. Then Jordan shows up at the end of that convo. The sistas leave, so it’s Anndi and Jordan alone. They go through the whole spiel again. Jordan figures out that Gary is forcing her into it and tells her he will handle things before storming away. Jordan goes wherever he goes, and we don’t see him for the rest of the episode. Later on, we see Andi standing at the altar with one of Gary’s henchmen. They note that Gary has been gone for a while, so the henchman calls him and gets no answer. Andi then goes looking for them, and you know what they say about what happens when you go looking for stuff, right? You find it.
Andi walks in on Gary lying on the ground with a knife sticking out of his heart. It’s looking like he’s dead, dead.
We all know that’s the only real way to end Andi’s drama, but we’ll have to wait until the next season of “Tyler Perry’s Sistas” for the rest to unfold.
