“Black women rule because we get it. I mean, it’s a sisterhood unlike any other,” preached beauty executive Charlene Dance.

Celebrity chef Amaris Jones dropped some food for thought: “I encourage others to wear their crown by not taking anything personal. What someone else thinks about you has nothing to do with you.”
