Kim Fields to Make Feature Film Debut \r
After memorable roles on two celebrated sitcoms, Kim Fields will finally make her feature film debut. The Hollywood Reporter reports that the actress famous for playing the characters Tootie on The Facts of Life and Régine Hunter on Living Single has joined the cast of What to Expect When You're Expecting. The Lionsgate film is based on the bestselling book-series for pregnant women penned by Heidi Murkoff.
Fields will play a social worker who helps a couple seeking adoption. She joins an already crowded cast that includes Chris Rock, Jennifer Lopez, Cameron Diaz, Brooklyn Decker, Elizabeth Banks and Anna Kendrick. Since leaving Living Single, Fields has gone on to hone her directing talents, helming several episodes of Tyler Perry’s Meet the Browns and House of Payne. What to Expect When You're Expecting is scheduled to hit theaters May 11, 2012.
