She gave her 2.3 million followers plenty of hair envy as she served them with a stylish blue 'do.

It turns out that Atlanta-based hairstylist Kristina Ethel is responsible for the new asymmetrical bob that Reginae is rocking in her recent pics.

Whether her hair is black or tinted blue, we can all agree that Reginae is a cutie!
