Look: This Photo of an Oklahoma Deputy Saving a Man From a Pit Bull Attack Is Insane
Deputy Barrett Storm pulled the victim onto his car.
An Oklahoma officer has been praised a hero for pulling an unidentified man on the hood of his cruiser during a pit bull attack.
Deputy Barrett Storm was on patrol when he noticed a man running backwards away from two vicious pit bulls. Without a moment of hesitation, Storm intervened and pulled the man onto the hood of his police cruiser.
Storm also took refuge on top of his car while he swatted his baton in attempt to hold the dogs’ attention until animal control arrived.
Deputy Storm knew the dogs were in attack mode as they barked and thrust towards the two individuals.
Neither Storm nor the man was injured by the dogs. When animal control arrived, the dogs’ owner was cited for allowing them to run free and pose a threat.
