Toya has grown exponentially, opening Garb Boutique on New Orleans' version of Rodeo Drive, releasing her book, Priceless Inspiriations, and partnering with the restaurant Jazze Belle's to give her mother a new beginning post-rehab. Toya deserves this happiness.
