Kim Zolciak, 35, is now a mother of six! The Real Housewives of Atlanta star welcomed twins — one boy and one girl — with husband Kroy Biermann, 28, on Monday. "We are officially the 'Biermann Bunch' now!" Zolciak wrote on Instagram. "Guess what?!!! The twins have arrived! We welcomed first a baby girl and second a handsome little boy! They are both healthy and Kroy and I are so thankful!!"

The twins, named Kaia Rose and Kane Ren, join the couple's sons KJ, 2, and Kash, 12 months, along with Zolciak's teenage daughters Brielle, 16, and Arianna, 12, from a previous relationship.
The reality star, who married the Atlanta Falcons player in 2011, hasn't been shy about flaunting her pregnancy body. She recently posted a photo of her bare belly at nine months on Instagram. She later tweeted, "Hubby just measured my belly OMG!!! 48 inches around!! And not ONE stretch mark!! I know stretch marks r genetics but I have some tricks!"
