The 10-year partnership between Los Angeles Lakers power couple Kobe Bryant and his wife, Vanessa, has come to end.

Vanessa Bryant filed for divorce from the Lakers shooting guard on Friday afternoon, TMZ reports. Sources told the website that she suspected her husband of cheating.

The five-time NBA Champion’s soon-to-be-ex has reportedly asked for custody of the couple’s two children, Natalia, 8, and Giana, 5, but is also asking that Kobe have visitation rights. The couple reportedly does not have a pre-nuptial agreement, meaning Vanessa Bryant would be entitled to half of her husband’s assets. Kobe Bryant has agreed to pay spousal support.

This is the second rough patch for the couple. In 2003 they presented a united front through a firestorm of media coverage after a woman accused Kobe of sexually assaulting her at a Colorado hotel. Those charges were later dropped.
