Teyana Taylor and Iman Shumpert slayed the Cavaliers Halloween party dressed as mischievous duo Harley Quinn and The Joker.

When the Shumperts showed up to LeBron's party, they looked as if they stepped right off the set of Suicide Squad. However, some trolls on Instagram are calling the couple out for using “whiteface.”

Some commenters bashed the couple for using the white makeup when many people take offense to any blackface worn on Halloween. Although the commenters attempted to make a valid argument, in this case, the white paint used is not to change their race or mock another.

In fact, in the comic books, both Harley and Joker have full white makeup — it was even used by Heath Ledger in his Dark Knight performance.

So don’t try the Shumperts. Try again. 

The couple also took the time to take a photo with several other Cavaliers couples, including Kevin Love and Jordan McRae.

Everyone at the party looked pretty dope, but Iman and Teyana will always be the winners in our book.
