Change of Plans: Ciara Axes Her Tour to Make Another Album
Ciara is putting a pin in her Jackie tour and is heading back into the studio. To the disappointment of many of her fans, CiCi took to Facebook to share the news that the tour is "moving again." Check out the post, below:
This isn't the first time the "Body Party" crooner has postponed the trek. Following the first leg last summer, she announced part two, which was set to begin last November. Since then, she rescheduled the 18-date leg to start on March 30 in Anaheim, Calif., but, unfortunately, no dates have been added.
The upcoming album, which she has already dubbed the "best album of her career," will be the follow-up to 2015's Jackie which housed the cuts "Dance Like We're Making Love" and "I Bet."
Since then, the 30-year-old gifted her C-Squad with two new songs: "Special Edition," and the Dr. Luke-produced track "Oh Baby."
