Drake Shows No Mercy on Meek Mill During OVO Fest Performance
Drake's OVO Fest may as well be called Trollopolooza at this point. The Toronto rapper has been relentless with his attacks on Meek Mill during the festival, and delivered a final (we think) below during his performance of his diss track "Back to Back" on Monday night.
While a rumored third anti-Meek cut never materialized, concertgoers have been sharing photos from Drake's performance which includes memes dissing the Philly rapper flashing on the projector behind him. Among them, a "participation award" for Meek's comeback "Wanna Know." During his set, he reportedly said, “You did it to yourself. I’d never let anyone disrespect my city.”
But it wasn't all about Meek during Drake's set. He was joined on stage by tons of special guests, including PARTYNEXTDOOR, who opened, along with Skepta, Future, Kanye West, Travi$ Scott, Pharrell and Big Sean.
The 6 God couldn't help himself, ultimately, and closed out his show with an encore performance of "Charged Up."
To add insult to injury — in Meek's case — Will Smith and Kanye West seem to be #TeamDrizzy, as they were seen laughing at the Philly MC's expense with the 6 God at OVO Fest.
