Bobby Brown Pleads Not Guilty to Latest DUI
Bobby Brown has pleaded not guilty to a DUI charge he incurred last month, the second he has faced this year, TMZ reports.
The singer was pulled over after cops spotted him driving erratically. Once stopped, they smelled alcohol on him.
Brown is doubly in trouble because he was already on probation from his arrest in March. In addition to the DUI, he faces charges of driving with a restricted license as well as driving without a vehicle interlock device, which requires a passed breathalyzer test in order for the vehicle to operate.
Brown's license has been suspended and he has been ordered to take AA classes. If convicted of the charges, he could face up to two years in prison.
Pre-trial is set for next month.
