Jonathan Majors and Meagan Good Are Engaged After Year and a Half of Dating
After nearly a year and a half of dating, Jonathan Majors and Meagan Good are ready to walk down the aisle.
The couple confirmed the exciting news to PEOPLE on Sunday evening (Nov. 17) during their appearance at the EBONY Power 100 Gala at NYA Studios West in Los Angeles.
While discussing their plans for the upcoming holiday season, Good shared, “We’re feeling great,” proudly showcasing her engagement ring. Majors chimed in, saying, “It’s a season of joy.” Good added, “It’s a season of all the good things,” to which Majors responded, “Amen.”
The pair also spoke to E! News, revealing that they announced their engagement at the gala because it’s where they first met two years ago.
“EBONY Power 100 is the event that we met at in the bathrooms, in the unisex bathroom,” the actress recalled.
Good and Majors were first romantically linked in May of last year when they were seen enjoying a movie together in LA. Their relationship blossomed just over a year after Good finalized her divorce from pastor DeVon Franklin in June 2022.
