Pitbull Says Sorry to Lindsay Lohan \r \r \r
Pitbull can’t seem to get out of Lindsay Lohan’s doghouse.
TMZ acquired video of the rapper apologizing to the actress and explaining in an interview, “When I mention Lindsay Lohan in the record it was really a positive message.”
He says because of the song “Give Me Everything,” featuring Ne-Yo, having a feel-good theme, he was shocked by Lohan’s lawsuit against him.
Pitbull, 30, goes on to explain the line that ruffled the troubled actresses’ feathers, “I got it locked up like Lindsay Lohan,” was misunderstood. He says the “locked up” reference is about running an area, not being in prison.
Pitbull, who is performing the track at the VMAs August 28, invited Lohan to attend the show with him, saying, “Maybe we can figure this out.” TMZ reports Lohan has declined and still plans to move forward with the case.
