Michelle Obama's High Fashion London Looks
Across the pond, Michelle Obama’s lovely, feminine looks have truly captivated the media during the First Couple's excursion to London. The FLOTUS gave onlookers a taste of what was to come when she exited Air Force One wearing a delightful Preen dress with a matching jacket. Prime Minister David Cameron’s wife Samantha Cameron is known to be quite the style maven, so the First Lady paired a magenta Roksanda Ilincic dress with a cobalt blue Narciso Rodriguez coat for their gathering.
During her meeting with royal newlyweds Prince William and Kate Middleton, she wore a green Barbara Tfank dress with a cropped pink jacket. Our favorite look was the ivory Tom Ford halter gown she wore to a state banquet at Buckingham Palace. Adding even more glam and sophistication, Mrs. Obama also wore matching opera length gloves.
She didn’t stop there, either. Last night, a black off-the-shoulder Ralph Lauren gown made an appearance at the Return State Dinner. The gown featured a draped waist and a smooth skirt, accompanied by a shimmering statement necklace and a bracelet cuff by Irish jewelry designer Tom Binns.
The couple’s trip is not quite over, so we’re sure to see more looks from our nation’s flyest First Lady.
