Not a good month for Chris Brown's baby's mother, Nia Guzman. After losing big in court — Breezy was awarded joint custody of their two-year-old daughter Royalty — last week, Guzman now has to deal with the fact that her boyfriend King Ba has been arrested for check fraud.
Ba, whose real name is Brazil Reisling, has been wanted for several weeks for forging $5,000 worth of U.S. Treasury checks. TMZ reports he finally turned himself in on Tuesday after catching himself on the local news' "Crime Stoppers" segment. 
Reisling was released on $5,000 bond hours after he was booked. Guzman claims she is no longer in a relationship with the aspiring rapper, which would be a good thing considering she's been working hard to point a finger at Brown in court, accusing him of being an unfit parent because of the company he keeps.
