It's official: Bobbi Kristina Brown and Nick Gordon are engaged. 
The couple sparked speculation in recent months when Whitney Houston's daughter was seen sporting a diamond engagement ring and hinted at the wedding news on the reality show The Houstons: On Our Own.
Now, the 20-year-old has confirmed the news via Facebook. She even has some strong words for haters who are uncomfortable with her relationship with Gordon, who was informally adopted by Whitney Houston when he was 12 and to whom she referred to as her "son."
"Yes, me and Nick are engaged," she begins. "I'm tired of hearing people say, 'Eww you're engaged to your brother' or 'If Whitney was still alive, would we be together or would she approve of this?'"
"Let me clear up something, we aren't even real brother and sister, nor is he my adoptive brother. My mom never adopted him. In fact, mommy was the one who even said that she knew that we were going to start dating."

The aspiring actress continues, "My mom knows me better than any of you. A lot of y'all are saying that y'all are only saying this all out of love. Which is bull because if that was so, all you would want is for me to be happy." 

"People need to seriously stop judging my relationship," she wrote. "Pretty sure it's my own decision who I want to be with. Yes, my relationship may not be perfect. We will have rough patches, just like every other relationship. And we have had our rough patches. You may or may not agree with my relationship. You may or may not respect it. Judge me, go ahead. Your opinions are yours and mine are mine. It is my life and not yours. The decisions I make have nothing to do with you. Goodnight."

The couple, who were first rumored to be dating shortly after Whitney's untimely death last February, Bobbi reportedly called off their engagement in late 2012 because of disapproval from her family. But the pair seemed to be back on as of July 3, when Bobbi Kristina posted a photo to Instagram of her "gorgeous fiance [sic]."
It's been a rocky year for Bobbi Kristina, who has been at odds with her grandmother Cissy Houston over the handling of Whitney's estate. The young couple was also involved in multiple car accidents last year and was recently forced out of their Atlanta condo.
