This Singer Read Kanye West For Filth Amid Trump Rant On SNL
At this point, the only person not fed up with Kanye West’s antics is Ye, himself.
This past weekend, West was the musical guest on Saturday Night Live and was slammed for wearing a ‘Make America Great Again’ hat. After an extensive, eye-rolling monologue about racism, love healing the world, and his unwavering support of Trump, Ye was cut off, but continued to spread "his message of love" on Twitter.
Trump co-signed his sentiments, but the entire debacle had the internet in an uproar, per usual.
New York emcee Swizz Beatz expressed his outrage on Instagram by calling Ye out. "We was just talking about the hat less than 48 hours ago. I was just addressing how uncomfortable the culture feel with [Ye] representing somebody that's blatantly hurting our people. You understand? Ain't nobody bullying you; we love you. We not bullying you, but you got to stop that sh*t, man. That sh*t ain't right."
Famed singer-songwriter Lana Del Rey also responded to Ye with a "message sent with concern that will never be addressed."
The Ultraviolence songbird mentioned that while "Trump becoming our president was a loss for our country, [Ye's] support is a loss for the culture." Alluding that both men deal with issues of narcissism and delusion, Rey followed with "if you think it's alright to support someone who believes it's OK to grab a woman by the p***y just because he's famous, then [Ye] needs an intervention" just as much as Trump.
California rap legend Snopp Dogg thinks Kanye should shift his focus away from politics and back to music. "Make ya music great again, Uncle Tom ass n****."

Depsite all the backlash, Ye is allegedly set appear on SNL as a host before the year ends, but this fan summed up our thoughts perfectly.
Whew... what a mess.
