OVO's 40 Has A Rather Heartbreaking Response For Pusha T...
Drake and Pusha T’s beef took an explosive turn on Tuesday night (May 29) when the latter released his scornful “Story Of Adidon” diss track aimed at the OVO Sound boss.
The years-long rap feud also took some collateral damage with it, such as Pusha’s wife Virginia Williams and Drake’s best friend and OVO’s in-house hitmaker, Noah “40” Shebib.
40’s name was just one among King Push’s handful of name-drops in the anti-Drake record. Drizzy’s mother, Sandi Graham, his record label superior, Birdman (a.k.a. Baby), his father, Dennis Graham, and his rumored secret baby mother, Sophie completes the list. The GOOD Music emcee’s commentary about those held closest to Drizzy’s heart only got more and more personal, and most specifically, with regard to the Toronto producer and his multiple sclerosis diagnosis.
“OVO 40, hunched over like he 80, tick, tick, tick,” Pusha spit. “How much time he got? That man is sick, sick, sick.”
If you’ll recall, 40 was diagnosed in 2005 with the debilitating illness. He subsequently became a leading voice of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, and reminded everyone in light of the diss track that Wednesday (May 30) is World MS Day…
He's apparently aware of the brutal shot sent from Pusha at such an ironic time of the year. So is the internet, and they’re debating on whether or not the Virginia rapper took that one a little too far…
