DJ Khaled won pretty much all of 2016 in music, and to top it off, he allowed the world to witness the birth of his first son, Asahd Khaled.

And for 2017, it looks like the Major Key creator is holding another win in Hollywood’s father’s circle as well.

Aside from appointing him to VIP executive seats for his musical ventures, Khaled’s adorable pep talks with young Asahd are epic dad goals. In a recent video posted to his Instagram, Khaled shared a positive reinforcement with his smiling 4-month-old son, who has his own personal Instagram account as well. If we didn’t know any better, we’d say Asahd fully understood every single word from Khaled — at least that’s what his precious smile suggested.

“We’re going to love you everyday,” Khaled expressed, holding Asahd up for the camera. “OK? We love you so much. And we’re so happy that you’re happy, and when you’re happy, we’re happy!”

Considering that he made an adorably handsome photo of Asahd the cover artwork for the Jay Z and Beyonce-assisted “Shining” single, it’s without a doubt that his baby boy is Khaled’s biggest and most important major key yet.

“You’re a don, you’re a boss, you’re an icon,” Khaled continued. “You’re a legend. You’re the greatest that ever did it! You’re my son!”
