After singlehandedly making Grammys history and a phenomenal 2016 year in hip-hop, Chance The Rapper is not letting up easy for 2017.

And helping him continue to unlock greatness in the hip-hop circle, DJ Khaled is the latest to provide another key to rap supreme status. 

Pictured in the universal boss level pose, DJ Khaled posted a flick of him and the Chicago kid to his Instagram, as the two intently stare into the camera with arms folded across their chests. In the background, we see Chance in his usual studio element, standing inside of a booth with headphones and a mic in tow. Khaled, hip-hop’s mainstay producer, stands outside of the booth, as his caption suggests exactly what the photo looks like.

“I’m up to something alert!,” he wrote. “Fan love, here’s an update! [Chance The Rapper] is in the booth. Fan love, remember everything’s top secret!” Tagging his “We The Best” label for the flick, he ends with an assurance for fans that another Khaled album is underway as well.

After raging success of his Major Key project, which corralled hip-hop’s VIPs into a single album, there’s pretty much no Khaled collaboration that exists without promising smash hit potential.

With that said, we’re definitely here for whatever’s on the duo’s mind (or mic) for us next.
