It seems as if Amber Rose spoke too soon when she told the entire audience at the All Def Movie Awards that she "bought" Ace of Diamonds.

According to TMZ, the owners of the popular gentleman's club say the model went too far with her words and have filed a lawsuit against her.

SKWS Enterprises, the owners of Ace of Diamonds, reported that the model's flat out lying as she hasn't contributed a cent into ownership of the club. They continued, saying her boastful comments were "unequivocally false" since they haven't sold the establishment to anyone.

They are suing her for slander to the tune of more than $1 million.

On Wednesday night, the model took to the stage at the awards ceremony to make the announcement, saying, "Do y'all know Ace of Diamonds? Well, I bought it."
