Breezy Ain’t the Only One: Katt Williams Is Back in Court for Assaulting a Woman
Katt Williams is back in legal trouble once again. This time, he's being sued for attacking a fellow comedian "gang-style" and kidnapping her when she tried to escape.
According to TMZ, Ashima Franklin is suing Williams for abuse that begun in 2012 when he hit her in the face. She says the assault didn't stop there as he continued to terrorize her again this year while they toured together.
In the suit documents, she said he bragged about having "million dollar b*****s" before redirecting his anger towards Ashima, saying, "Why am I sitting here with this hillbilly, Alabama, backwoods a** three dollar p***y b***h?"
Ashima says a day following his verbal attack, she was jumped by the comedian and two women. She was left with a swollen face and noticeable injuries to her chest, arms and legs. She says Williams blocked her from leaving while they attacked her.
That wasn't the only time the comedian allegedly physically assaulted her. She says, on another occasion, he threw piping hot food at her face before asking her why she thought she had the right to eat.
Ashima is suing Williams for a minimum of $3 million.
