Fat Joe On 50 Cent And Floyd Mayweather's Beef: 'I'm Tired Of Being The Middle Guy'
50 Cent and Floyd Mayweather Jr. are not taking their feet off of each other’s necks after several days of back-and-forth Instagram feuding. Dragging each other’s kin, baby mamas, girlfriends, deceased friends, and disturbing accusations into the mix, the men are blowing lower and lower at each other as the Fif versus Floyd war continues to unfold for the entire world of social media to see.
Just like many of the boxing champ and Queens-bred hip-hop icon’s fans, Terror Squad emcee Fat Joe has had enough, especially since he shares friendships with both Fif and Floyd. He won’t be choosing sides in their keyboard bashing brawl either, and knows that their solid brotherhood has the power to outdo any war of words they’ve had for each other over the past days. Eventually, they’ll know it it, too, he shared with TMZ.
Joey Crack said that one thing’s for certain: ‘I know they love each other’
But, God bless whoever does take on the task of settling their dispute because it won’t be him. “I’m tired of being the middle guy,” Joe said with a laugh. “I’m tired of [being the guy] breaking everything up.” Joey doesn’t like that the men are jabbing so viciously at each other either, especially considering that they “have a very special brotherhood” and “friendship.”
That’s not to say they won’t get to their place of peace eventually, he believes
Somewhere down the line, the “All The Way Up” artist knows the men can put it all behind them. And Joey would know, considering that him and Fif buried the hatchet after nearly a decade. The only difference now is that beefs have a digital platform and a rallying audience. “I really believe that they sincerely love each other and they're brothers,” he added. “Unfortunately, this is playing out on social media."
We hope Joey’s right about this one.
