50 Cent Delays His Next Album
50 Cent is not going to die trying to get on the same page with his label. He's already gotten rich, so now that the controversial rapper and his record label Interscope aren't seeing eye-to-eye, 50 would rather just hold up the release of his next album.
"I’m sorry to announce I will not be releasing a new album this year if we don’t get on the same page. I would rather not launch my album without a plan the whole system is executing," 50 tweeted.
Not feeling the right energy around a record release this year, 50 explained why he was putting on the breaks. "I tried to be cool with my record company. I went to the meeting talk to everyone and #$*@ feels like there moving in slow motion [sic]," he wrote.
Fif continued to go on a bit of a tirade, lashing out at Interscope Records. "THEY BETTER WAKE UP AND WORK," he typed in all caps. "I’m on that DRE #@*% boy guess when my #@!$ coming out WHEN I FEEL LIKE IT. LMAO." In addition to comparing himself to Dr. Dre, 50 even made a subtle threat to the label. "I don’t know why they play with me they know how I get," he continued.
Hopefully, 50 and his label will work things out, before he self-destructs.
