It’s been a minute since we’ve gotten an album from Birdman. It now seems though that he’s making up for some lost time.

Taking to Instagram late last night, the YMCMB boss made two separate posts announcing two new projects. In his first post, Baby revealed Ms. Gladys, an album he says is coming in June. The LP is in honor of his late mother.

The second album is not completely his, but he’ll obviously have a big hand in its creation as Rich Gang 2 is also slated for a July release. The project is not expected to be very similar to the first edition as it’ll most likely feature more than just Young Thug and Rich Homie Quan. The two have been beefing for a while now, so rumor has it that RG 2 is going to be more of a label project.

There were rumors back in 2012/2013 that Birdman would drop a solo album, but nothing materialized. Could his beef and subsequent legal battle with Lil Wayne have him tied up all this time? Birdman released the title track and video for Ms Gladys a few days ago.
