Simone Biles Shares Update on Construction of Her and Husband's Texas Mansion
Simone Biles is winning in life after a successful Olympics, but it seems there’s one hurdle that's taking longer to clear.
Biles has been updating fans on the numerous renovations of her $3 million mansion, and it seems some progress has finally been made. In September, Biles showed “first look” photos of the construction in its beginning stages.
In November, the 32x gold medalist shared an update, expressing her frustration with the delayed construction of her and her husband, Jonathan Owens', Texas home before sharing that she called her dad and Owens for assistance.
“Me confused as fck..” she captioned.
“Called my dad for backup yesterday bc I panicked! but I’ve made so much progress & I’m so proud of myself. Jonathan will deal with the end result oops……..I hope I did it decently & thought of all the things.”
It looks like things are on the up and up as Biles shared a recent update on her Instagram story, with one photo showcasing a white tile floor, white-and-gray marble walls, and a large window in what could be a shower.
In addition to expanding her home, she is also ready to expand their family. Owens has also shared that he’s ready to begin a family and that Simone is ready for motherhood.
“Obviously, we both have goals that we want to achieve before we start a family. But yes, that’s definitely in our future,” Biles revealed during her appearance with Today’s host Hoda Kotb.
