Marlon Wayans got into a heated back-and-forth with DJ Vlad over the price he charged for an interview with the internet personality.

DJ Vlad released part of an interview with comedian Aries Spears, revealing that Wayans had asked for $40,000 and 30 percent of all future revenue for him to appear on VladTV. When the video made its rounds on social media, Wayans responded to a Twitter user who said he wasn't asking for much as they would've charged more. “See, I tried to tell him I was giving him a deal… oh well," Wayans wrote.

DJ Vlad caught wind of the comments and decided to speak more about the alleged negotiation. "Marlon Wayans found someone with 200 followers to agree with him. LOL," he tweeted. "Nobody on earth is going to pay Marlon $40K for an interview when he gets 100k-300k views on any platform he interviews on. This guy is really delusional."

The “White Chicks” star later replied with, "You mad? You unprofessional my guy. If you don't like the number keep it moving. You look BAD. You should fall back. mad at a Black man stating his number? And now you go public and use your platform to try to drag me. I never in my life dealt with this silly negotiating tactic."

Days go by, and the two are still arguing. “Marlon Wayans, I'm sorry that you don't find me attractive.  Fortunately for both of us, I'm heterosexual,” DJ Vlad tweeted. “Between your recent gay photoshoot and your claim to fame dressing up as a woman, this would be the perfect time to fully come out of the closet.  Coming out as gay in 2024 will surely revive your declining acting career.  And since I turned down your $40k offer for an interview, I'm pretty sure you can get that amount for your first gay porn scene. Marlon Gayans would be an awesome porn name, btw.”

Wayans went in and did not hold back. He also did not hesitate to tell the popular interviewer that the urban community hated him. “Hey ⁦@djvlad⁩ you are waaaaaay too HATED by the URBAN COMMUNITY to F* with ME. I’m loved you ain’t. Watch the video… where’s your face?! Mas you couldn’t exploit me? How much the govt paying you Brody? Hope it’s at least 40k,” he wrote.
