Lil Reese: 2 Chainz Stole My Lyrics

Chicago native accused G.O.O.D. Music rapper of copying words for "Wuda, Cuda, Shuda."

2 Chainz is being accused of using one of Lil Reese's lyrics and passing it off as his own. The Chicago rapper claims 2 Chainz jacked his words from the Lil Herb track "On My Soul" from three months ago and used them for "Wuda Cuda Shuda" off the Atlanta native's newly released Freebase EP.

For "On My Soul." Reese rhymes, "You's a woulda, shoulda, coulda n---a," in the chorus. 2 Chainz uses the same words (but in a different order) to start his Mike WiLL Made It-produced track, spitting, "You a woulda, coulda, shoulda a-- n---a."

Reese exposed the 36-year-old by tweeting, "2 Chains [sic] old a-- weak as Af for dat hook tell him I said it yea he know war I'm Tom bout……#300," last Friday (May 9).

While he had everybody's attention, the 21-year-old dropped another Twitter bomb: the alleged rift between Lil Durk and Chief Keef isn't real. Durk said last week that he cut ties with Sosa for tweeting a link to "ChiRaq to LA." Reese thinks it's all for show. "Durk and keef ain't beefin dat s--t fufu trust me," Reese tweeted Saturday morning (May 10).

As far as the drama with 2 Chainz goes, Reese managed to get a response. It took him a couple days to hit back, but the G.O.O.D. Music star etched out a little time on Mother's Day (May 11) to deny lifting the Reese lyrics. "I don't listen to regular radio I don't listen to satellite and I dam sholl don’t listen to f--k n----s! Growna--man.com play wit it!" he tweeted.
