Just two weeks ago, Papa John's CEO John Schnatter said that his pizza company is pulling its NFL-associated ads because players protesting during the national anthem are hurting its sales.
Well with shares of Papa John's stock down nearly 12 percent since then, as reported by ESPN, the company took to its official Twitter account yesterday and apologized for being "divisive" with a series of tweets.
But by the looks of these reactions, nobody was trying to hear Papa John's apology at all.
