Kelly Rowland Turns to Cardio and Yoga to Stay Fit During Pregnancy

Her trainer, Jeanette Jenkins, says the main concern is being "healthy for her baby."

Kelly Rowland might be preparing for her first baby, but the singer with the killer body isn't going to take it sitting down. According to her long-time trainer, Jeanette Jenkins, Rowland is turning to cardio and yoga to stay fit and healthy.
"We work out Monday through Friday, but we just keep it at a moderate level," Jenkins told People magazine. "We stay within her doctor's guidelines and work out anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour so it's not anything exorbitant."
Rowland is known for going hard at the gym and keeping her mid-section looking tight and toned. While she might have to give up the six pack for several months (though Jenkins says they'll make a comeback as soon as the baby arrives), Rowland is really focused on being at her best for her child with husband Tim Witherspoon.
"Her number-one concern is just to be healthy for her baby,” added Jenkins. “She’s going to be the most incredible mom."
