#TBT: Remember When Ayesha Curry Was a Tween Sitcom Star?
Before Ayesha Curry became the most famous basketball wife in the world, her biggest claim to fame was bit part on a hit tween sitcom.
Back in 2009, the lifestyle mogul and internet sensation was a fresh-faced 20-year-old named Ayesha Alexander and trying to launch an acting career. She landed her biggest role to date on Hannah Montana. The Shade Room pulled out an old still of Ayesha on the show and it's giving us major nostalgia.
Ayesha appeared on an episode called "Come Fail Away" as a cute girl who one of the main characters is crushing on. It's hard to believe that just two years later she would be married to the future two-time MVP Steph Curry and become mother to internet sensation Riley Curry:
According to her IMDB profile, 2008 and 2009 were pretty hot years in Ayesha's acting career. She was also a main star on another YA drama series called Whittaker Bay and had bit parts in Gary Unmarried and Good Luck Charlie.
Now the former actress is back on TV as a lifestyle/cooking guru and all over the media as the most talked-about WAG in the NBA. What a difference a few years make.
Of course, with fame comes haters. Watch Ayesha clap back at hers on BET Breaks above.
