Diddy Posts A Timely Heartfelt Prayer That Deserves A Standing Ovation
To say the past couple of weeks have been rough for Diddy is an understatement. Coping with the sudden death of his "soulmate," Kim Porter have been weighing heavy on the Bad Boy mogul. He flooded timelines with a slew of heartbreaking tributes to his longtime love.
Now, just after Thanksgiving, it seems the New York native is actively trying to lift his spirirts. A few days ago, he was able to "chuckle" at a classic Black Twitter meme and now is sharing a prayer from a year ago that is just as timely today.
"God I wanna thank you for waking me up this morning," he began
"I been through some dark times and it's a lot of people out there in that darkness, in that lost place, in that place where you feel stuck [and] don't know where to begin for the change, where you don't know what to do next," professed the Press Play emcee.
He continued to say while in the moment of feeling stuck, you have to get closer to Him. "God help me... show them the way. Show them the light," he continued. The caption stated, "This is [a] prayer I said like a year ago. God help us. Love to all."
