BET is conjuring up some serious Black Girl Magic in Miami currently, hosting their annual Leading Women Defined conference at the St. Regis Hotel in Bal Harbour. 

The invite-only event is frequented by the most prominent women in politics, philanthropy, and entertainent with the intent to create an environment to inspire, inform, renew and empower.  

For the past seven years, this conference has brought together some of the most prominent African-American women in the country who are contributing to the comprehensive conversation around issues that impact our community, our families and ourselves. 

This year's attendees include notable names such as Angela Rye, Luvvie Ajayi, Erykah Badu, Kelis and Cynthia Erivo. BET is on the scene and will be covering the inspirational panels, motivational talks and of course all of the amazing outfits. Stay tuned for more right here.
