Look: This Indian Reporter and a Black Cameraman Had the Cops Called On Them in Dallas for Doing Their Job
A reporter in the Dallas-Fort Worth area recently had an unusual run in with the police that eventually turned into a giant game of "I can top that" on Twitter.
Homa Bash is a reporter for NBC5 and she and her Black cameraman were covering a local story near a school when they realized someone called the police on them.
According to Bash, someone reported a "Hispanic-looking woman and a black man with a suspicious white truck and camera" near a school. Bash happens to be Indian and the truck was a vehicle to hold all of their equipment.
She immediately took a photo and posted it to Twitter. Within hours, the post went viral.
Soon enough, people decided to copy Bash's post and share moments and times when police where called on them when they were also doing their jobs or just living.
Whomever called the police on Bash and her crew clearly had ill-intentions, but thankfully when the police arrived, they quickly realized there was nothing to investigate.
