The Viral ‘Who TF Did I Marry?’ Series Is Getting Turned Into a Movie, But Reesa Teesa Has Nothing to Do With It

Earlier this year, TikToker Reesa Teesa's viral 50-part series about a past relationship has inspired a movie in the making, possibly in a bid to outshine her.

Reesa Teesa's story is coming to a TV near you. But it's not endorsed or being made by Team Reesa Teesa.

Since Teesa –whose real name is  Tareasa Johnson– dropped her viral 50-part series of "Who TF Did I Marry" on TikTok in February, it has trended on X (formally known as Twitter), garnered the attention of morning news outlets, and filmmakers who want a piece of the pie. Now, Teesa's wild love story, which is filled with twists and turns, is being made into a movie, as reported by Complex

In her story, Reesa shares intimate details about a past relationship with a man she thought was her prince charming, who turned out to be a "Legion" who had a "United Nations of red flags."

Reesa's story apparently captured the attention of Alvin Gray's 9/10 Productions for an adaptation titled "The Wife That Didn't Know Who She Married." The film's trailer has already been released and features a cast that resembles the real-life Teesa.

During a scene in the 90-second trailer, an actress is seen sitting in her car with pink flexi rod rollers in her hair as she begins part one of the series.

"Excuse my hair y'all. Welcome to part one of...."

9/10 Productions –whose content can be streamed on Tubi, Vudo, and Amazon— is also responsible for the film "The Rapper Who Got Shot in the Heel," which depicted the messy ordeal between Megan Thee Stallion and Tory Lanez.

Teesa's story has also captured Hollywood's attention. Earlier this month, she signed with super agency, CAA.

“I am excited to join the CAA family in what has become an extraordinary and life-changing opportunity. I hope to bring this story and personal experiences to an even bigger platform with the hope of helping those in similar circumstances know they are not alone,” said Johnson in a statement.

Teesa has not responded to the movie's trailer.
