Report: Meek Mill Headed To Prison Following Recent Probation Violation
The rapper was allegedly sentenced today.
Dream Chasers rapper Meek Mill is not having a good start to the week. The “Whatever You Need” rapper was sentenced to a minimum of 2 years in prison for a probation violation.
According to TMZ.com, two of Meek’s most recent arrests, a St. Louis airport fight and a reckless driving charge in NYC, violated the probation order issued from his 2009 drug and weapons case.
Although the charges against Meek were subsequently dropped in both instances, the judge presiding over his case decided that “the arrests alone were violations” and reportedly issued a 2 to 4 year prison sentence.
On top of Meek’s two previous violations, he was issued house arrest after violating probation in 2015.
