Gucci Mane has reportedly turned himself in to Atlanta police for his alleged attack on a U.S. solider. According to AJC.com, Gucci was arrested Tuesday night around 11:30 p.m. on a charge of aggravated assault with a weapon.

As previously reported, an arrest warrant was issued for the troublesome rap star last week when a man told police Gucci hit him over the head with a Champagne bottle. The victim, a former Army officer who served in Afghanistan, said the unprovoked attack occurred inside an Atlanta nightclub after he asked the rapper for an autograph.

The "Wasted" rapper is expected to go before a judge Wednesday morning to officially hear the case against him.
