Momma Dee: I Didn't Dine and Dash
Love & Hip Hop star Momma Dee was arrested over the weekend after allegedly ditching the bill while out to dinner in Milwaukee. The reality star is saying that the rumors are all untrue, though — she just went to the bathroom.
Speaking to TMZ, Momma Dee said that she was in the restaurant bathroom when the check came and everyone in her dinner party dashed. According to her, even though it was her birthday, the dinner wasn't planned around her big day, but was just a casual night out to eat. When she came out of the restroom, she says she was ambushed by restaurant managers and police who claimed she was attempting to ignore the bill.
She told them that she was willing to pay for her cut of the check, but refused to pay for the rest of the party, who chose to leave, and because of that, she was cuffed and sent to the big house. The bill totaled $500.
After spending a few hours in jail, she was released after posting a $250 bail.
