Halle Berry Wins Latest Custody Battle
Gabriel Aubry's visitations with daughter must remain supervised.
The court has once again ruled in Halle Berry's favor on Monday in the ongoing custody battle with ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry. Aubry had requested an amendment to his visitation rights that currently require that the majority of his time with his three-year-old daughter, Nahla, be supervised by a third party. Berry opposed the change.
As it stands, Aubry is allowed three hours alone with Nahla, but a nanny must be present at all other times, overnight stays included. A source tells RadarOnline.com that Aubry feels that the current set-up is preventing him from taking care of his daughter on his own and feels that the nanny is imposing on his relationship with Nahla.
