After battling it out with the rest of the family, Jermaine Jackson's ex-girlfriend agreed to move out of Michael Jackson's compound where she has been living with the couple's children for the last 20 years, Radar Online reports. Alejandra Jackson gave in to orders mere days before she was due in court to face eviction. The Jackson estate has been wanting to empty the premises in order to make renovations and Michael Jackson's mom, Katherine, and his three children have already moved out and currently rent a house in Calabasas, Ca.

Legal documents state that Jackson will vacate the Encino property by April 14. A fully-furnished condo has been offered for her and the children to reside in.
