Jamie Foxx Hilariously Declares 'No More White Girls' in New Comedy Special
Jamie Foxx returned to the stage with a new Netflix standup special, “What Had Happened Was...,” offering fans a hilarious yet personal look into his life post-recovery, among other pressing matters.
Towards the end of the special, the Grammy-winning singer took a few minutes to address the public’s long-standing chatter about his dating preferences — and he did it with music.
“Sisters, I’m here to tell you I’ve been cured,” Foxx declared to the audience at Atlanta’s Alliance Theater.
Moments later, the Oscar winner took his playful revelation to the next level, hopping on the piano and launching into an impromptu song. “I’ve been cured. No more white girls. No more white girls! I’m back on the Black side of town! No more white girls!” he sang, sparking waves of laughter.
Foxx belted, “No more white women! Every month is February, all year long. Hallelujah! No more honkies! No more white women!”
The standup special also marked his first major appearance since his April 2023 health scare, which resulted in a stroke caused by a brain bleed. With support from his daughters Corinne and Anelise Bishop, Foxx shared his emotional journey to recovery.
