Joe Budden is a wanted man. TMZ reports that a warrant is currently out for the New Jersey emcee after he forgot to show up to court to face charges for allegedly abusing his girlfriend.

Though he somehow couldn't make it to court for the Thursday (May 28) hearing in New York, he was pretty active on social media. He posted a few snaps on the 'Gram and even tweeted some randoms throughout the day, but seemingly overlooked the event that may result in him serving time.

The NYPD conducted a manhunt, equipped with a full-on mugshot last year, on social media, but the realiy star clapped back after seeing the tweet. "I'm gonna sue the living s**t out u gentlemen," he wrote. "I'll be in a strip club in Astoria tonight. Let the 'Man hunt' know. @NYPDnews," he continued. "Glad to see our tax payer dollars being put to good use ! Lol."

The former Love & Hip Hop star is accused of allegedly attacking and choking his girlfriend last summer. Neither Budden nor his attorney have offerend any reasoning behind his no-show in court.
