Kanye West's Former $4.7M Manhattan Condo Back On The Market After He Purchases A Ranch In Wyoming
Kanye West’s former NYC residence which sold last year is back on the market.
Listed for $4.7 million by CORE Real Estate, the 2,400 square foot condo was purchased by the producer back in 2004.
The luxury condo is located in the SoHo neighborhood of Manhattan and possesses several amenities including automated window shades, custom lighting and audio, ample closet space, and radiant floor heating.
FYI: The one-bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home was designed by Italian architect and designer Claudio Silvestrin, who is known for his minimalist approach. The home is elegant and contemporary, though intentionally lacking over the top decor and color.
The home also boasts pearwood cabinetry, French limestone flooring, and an in-unit washer-dryer.
Kanye and his wife, Kim Kardashian West, are known for their unique and oddly minimalistic homes that they made suitable for their four children.
