Lizzo Rocks Out on the Recorder in a 'Lord of the Rings' Inspired Post
Lizzo is getting into full character.
The Grammy Award-winning singer and musician took to her Instagram account on Thursday, July 27, where she shared a video of herself skillfully playing the recorder, all while immersed in a backdrop reminiscent of the magical world from "Lord of the Rings.”
The star was spotted wearing a lime green jumpsuit, a matching turquoise pendant necklace, and a pair of silicone hobbit ears. She finished her look off with a long platinum blonde wig. She captioned the post “Lizzolas in her natural habitat…”
In a later post, the 35-year-old entertainer could be seen walking down a dirt road before pausing to take a view of some nearby Hobbit burrows. This time she captioned the gallery of photos, which also included a photo of her posing with her boyfriend, Myke Wright, “House hunting.”
Lizzo's mastery of the recorder is no recent revelation. The “About Damn Time” singer has been showcasing her incredible chops for a while. Last July, she once again wowed her audience with her impressive performance of Céline Dion's Oscar-winning song "My Heart Will Go On.”
