T.I. Joins Taylor Swift Onstage in Atlanta
Taylor Swift may have a rocky relationship with some sectors of the hip hop world, but the 21-year-old country pop star aimed to prove she knows how to get down at a tour stop in Atlanta this weekend. Swift brought out a freshly released T.I. to perform his verses during a cover of Rihanna's hit "Live Your Life."
The performance, before an audience of 14,000 at ATL's Phillips Arena, was the biggest for Tip since his completion of an 11-month prison sentence three weeks ago. Until last week, he had been in a halfway house on a judge's orders.
"Singing 'Live Your Life' with TI tonight was unreal. LOUDEST screams from the crowd, 14,000 people, hands in the air- welcome back @Tip!!" Swift wrote in a tweet.
T.I. had a few friends with him for moral support while at the show. He was spotted backstage with Young Jeezy and Nelly.
At an earlier performance on Saturday, Swift performed a rendition of "Yeah!" with another son of Atlanta: Usher.
