Natalia Bryant Granted 3-Year Restraining Order Against Alleged Stalker
Natalia Bryant, Kobe and Vanessa Bryant’s oldest daughter, has been granted a three-year restraining order against a man accused of stalking her.
According to TMZ, Bryant testified this week that 32-year-old Dwayne Kemp has done "unsettling" things which have caused the 19-year-old student and model to fear him. She also testified that she does not know Kemp.
Natalia was granted a temporary restraining order in November against the man who has been allegedly harassing her for two years and his behavior has been escalating. TMZ noted that Bryant says that the man showed up at USC, where she attends school, and creeping around buildings where she's taking classes. He's allegedly shown up at her sorority house and reportedly contacted her esthetician offering to pay for services she has received.
Kemp is a gun enthusiast who has been convicted of at least 4 crimes, including one involving a firearm. He has also made social media posts saying that he's interested in an AK-47 and/or a fully automatic Glock.

The new permanent restraining order requires Kemp to surrender his firearms and cannot possess or purchase any firearms.
As previously reported, the teen also said that the man stalked her on social media, lurking and commenting on her IG stories.
"Thankful For Him Birthing You. Hopefully, We Can Birth Him… ‘Kobe.’" he reportedly wrote.
The three-year ban means that Kemp will have to continue to remain more than 200 yards away from Bryant.
