Andre 3000 hasn't been seen out in public much, but he's allegedly been spreading rumors that DJ Quik has AIDS, this according to the famed West Coaster himself. 

Quik called out the ATLien in a series of tweets beginning Monday (Sept. 30) evening. "Andre 3000 had some interesting things to say about me…, stay tuned," he wrote. "Will speak with Dre 3K tomorrow not even emo."

He returned with more Twitter accusations early the next morning. "Andre 3K told his brother that I was sick and that turned into 'DJ Quik got the monster. Big rumor in the Midwest. Thanks Andre Badu," he added, taking a shot at Dre's relationship with Erykah Badu. The former couple have a son together.

Three Stacks has yet to offer a public response to the allegations.
