Chris Brown Sends Heartfelt Message To Fans Struggling With Depression: 'You Are Loved'
The internet is no stranger to Chris Brown's social media antics. But it appears as though the singer is taking a break from his routine showdowns to send an empowering message to his fans struggling with suicidal thoughts.
Over the weekend, the Heartbreak on a Full Moon singer took to Instagram to share a heartfelt post that shed light on the stigma surrounding mental illness. Choosing to forgo a caption, the photo stood alone bearing the words, "To any suicidal followers I may have: This is a sign to not kill yourself."
"You are loved and the world is special because you are in it," the post continued. "Keep holding on."
In spite of the post appearing to be a chain letter of sorts, there's no denying Chris' sentiments behind the message, which was acknowledged by many of his fans in the comments section. While some chose to thank Breezy for his words of encouragment others shared their personal bouts with depression. The image also carries a footnote that reads: "Reblog this when it's on your dash. You will save someone's life."
